O’Leary Richards Design has become the official landscape architects for the Town of Golden Beach, a distinction never bestowed on another firm. Golden Beach is considered one of the most prestigious and sought-after places to live in South Florida attracting celebrities throughout the years. We were responsible for master planning North Park, South Park and Singer parks as well as upgrading the public facilities and rights-of-way throughout the town. As the town’s landscape architect, we monitor the landscape maintenance program and provide landscape plan review and inspection services.
