Project Details
Smathers Four Fillies Farm is a private gated community composed of 32 single-family homes, a clubhouse and tennis courts located on the magnificent grounds in Pinecrest, Florida. This development has one of the world’s most significant and valuable collections of mango trees and other exotic flora. We took special care in the mater planning of Four Fillies to safeguard the botanical integrity of the estate. Homes were clustered covering approximately one third of the grounds and the remaining acreage was preserved to be maintained by Fairchild Tropical Gardens who continues to use the property as a research facility. This project was LEED certified for Homes by the USGBC.
